Join us this summer at Beth Shalom for the first annual offering of Camp Keshet, the Jewish community’s first summer camp located in the southern Wake County area.
Camp will be offered for four weeks starting the week of July 5th and running until July 30th.
AREYOT (Lion Cubs)
Rising kindergarteners through rising third graders will explore different themes on campus. Their weekly activities will include: Sports, Drama, Rikud(Dance), Mischakim Mayim(Water play), Teva(Nature), Tarbut(culture), Mitbach(kitchen/Cooking), Shirah(singing), Hafsakah ( break, quiet time), Shabbat as well as a theme day. ( Trips to the pool twice a week)
TZOFIM (scouts)
Geared for rising fourth through sixth graders, Tzofim campers will participate in both on-campus activities and several off-campus outings. These will include trips to a pool (twice a week) and recreational activities in the area. We will be contracting with Crosstown Bus Company for transportation.
MIT
The Madrichim in Training (MIT) program is exclusive to rising seventh graders. In addition to attending all the programmed field trips, these children will also participate in our mentorship program for younger campers. MITs must attend a minimum of 2 weeks and need to be members of Beth Shalom.

The program will run daily from 9:00am until 3:00pm. Drop off is from 8:30-9:00 and pick up is from 3:00-3:30.
