Dear Prospective Member,
We are delighted that you are considering membership at Beth Shalom. With a long tradition of being a warm and friendly synagogue, we welcome the opportunity to share that with you and your family.
On this website you will find information about Beth Shalom - information about our services, programs, and Beth Shalom School. This is just the beginning. Please join us for any of our services or events and experience the welcoming, diverse, engaging community of Beth Shalom for yourself. After getting to know us, we hope that you will decide to join our Beth Shalom family.

If you prefer, please call the office and we would be happy to mail you the application to complete. Some important points to note as you complete the application: All the information requested in the application is very important to us as it allows us to more effectively communicate with you, celebrate with you, welcome you into the Beth Shalom family and assist you in becoming involved in the committee which best suits your talents. Please list all members of your household, even if they are not Jewish. We welcome all family members to participate in our community in whatever capacity they feel comfortable. We are a congregation built on the talent and volunteer efforts of our members. We hope you will complete the Skills/Education section on page 3 so that will be able to inform you about volunteer opportunities needing your specialized skills. Be sure to include the mailing address of your children away at school so that we can send them care packages throughout the year. Finally, please refer to the Committee Information, the Activity Information, the Financial Policies and the Educational Programs when completing those areas of your application.
In addition to all of the intangible benefits of membership at Beth Shalom, members in-good-standing qualify for the following benefits
- Life cycle events at the synagogue, such as bris, namings, b'nai mitzvah and weddings
- Complimentary High Holiday Tickets for the entire household
